These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Baji Bet ("Baji Bet", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Baji Bet website, mobile interface and all associated gaming and betting services available at bajibet.plus.
By creating a Baji Bet account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. When you register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani contact number and a functional email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without return of funds.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on Baji Bet at any given time. Multiple accounts operated by the same person — regardless of whether different contact details, devices or payment methods are used — are strictly prohibited. Where Baji Bet identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the original account and void any winnings generated across duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji Bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must log out from shared devices at the end of each session. Baji Bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@bajibet.plus. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending account access pending investigation.
Baji Bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its regulatory obligations. You may be asked to provide copies of identity documents (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address at any point. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will generally require successful KYC completion before processing. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
KYC verification is a standard process required by our operating licence. It protects you as much as it protects us — verified accounts receive faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.

The minimum deposit on Baji Bet is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your Baji Bet account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Baji Bet does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — you should confirm this with your provider before transacting.
All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. The use of third-party payment sources — including deposits made by or on behalf of another person — is prohibited. Where Baji Bet identifies a third-party deposit, the funds may be suspended pending investigation and returned to source if the payment cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Important: Deposits are used for entertainment on the Baji Bet platform. Only deposit amounts you are comfortable with spending. Baji Bet does not extend credit and is not responsible for any financial obligations a player incurs with their payment provider.
To be eligible to request a withdrawal, your account must be verified (KYC complete), your email address and contact number must be confirmed, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with your current balance must have been met. Baji Bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Baji Bet does not impose withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Platinum VIP members additionally benefit from zero fees on all withdrawal methods as part of their tier benefits. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside Baji Bet's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
Baji Bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where regulatory compliance requires additional investigation. In such cases, the account holder will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on Baji Bet — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, VIP cashback and any other time-limited promotions — are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of any promotion before accepting it.
New Baji Bet members who register and make a qualifying first deposit are entitled to the welcome bonus as advertised. The bonus amount is credited to the player's promotional balance and is subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be withdrawn. The minimum qualifying deposit, wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry period are specified in the current welcome offer terms.
Baji Bet operates systematic monitoring to identify patterns of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion; and withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is identified, Baji Bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.
Weekly cashback credited through the Baji Bet VIP Club is calculated on net losses during the relevant seven-day period and credited to the player's main withdrawable balance on Monday. VIP cashback is not subject to additional wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in the VIP Club terms. Baji Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice wherever possible.
Baji Bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a confirmation from the Baji Bet platform. In the event of a technical error, incomplete bet submission or system outage, bets that have not been confirmed will be void and any associated stakes refunded.
In the event that Baji Bet offers incorrect odds, pay-outs or game configurations due to a human or technical error, we reserve the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings paid out in error are considered an advance against future winnings and may be recovered by Baji Bet. This is standard practice across the industry and is not applied arbitrarily.
Once a bet has been settled and the outcome recorded, it cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified settlement error. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with Baji Bet support within 14 days of the settlement date.
Live in-play bets are processed in real time and are final once confirmed. Due to the live nature of these markets, odds may move quickly. Baji Bet is not responsible for any delay between the user's action and bet acceptance that results in the odds displayed at time of click differing from the odds at time of confirmation.
